Success plans allow your teams to capture mutual objectives with customers. Configure objective status and category options available to users when creating new objectives. Users can sort by category when generating an outcome success plan report.
Configure objective status options
Status items appear in the drop down in the order they are added.
- From Settings, expand Customer Engagement > Objective settings.
- From the Status tab, click +Add.
- Enter the status display name, and click the check to save.
The new statuses are available from the Create New Objective window:
