The revenue center is not operational, and an error message is displayed.
One of the causes of this issue could be that a mandatory configuration in the page setting was not set, resulting in the error.
The setting for ACCOUNT HIERARCHY was on "For Account Type" but was not selected
Navigate to Global setting > Data Management > Revenue Center > ACCOUNT HIERARCHY.

You can select a few options (set the option that best suits your business)
a. For each account with a contract value
b. For Account Type - please note that you must select a specific account type in this field; do not use the pre-selected option
c. Overall company
