Overview
Building world-class customer journeys is a team effort. That's why we've built a simple way to generate snapshots of your customer experience canvases and share them with links in a snap. This powerful feature enables you to share and collaborate on your customer journeys so that you can deliver exceptional experiences and create successful customers.
How to share your customer journeys with a link or email
Sharing snapshots of your Canvases is easy. Simply click the share button, and Totango will generate a new link for you. Each time you generate a new snapshot, Totango will save it to your the Assets folder of that SuccessBLOC automatically.
- To really make your share snapshots pop, you can customize their names and give them a description.
- To make sure your proprietary customer journeys stay private, enable password protection. If you enable password protection before you share via email, the email messages your teams receive will have the password included.
How to get the most out of shared canvas snapshots
On any given day, customer success leaders, operations managers, and customer marketing managers get asked questions like, "what does our onboarding program look like," or "what are we doing to convert more freemium users to paying customers." The Canvas makes answering those questions simple and visual. Here are a few examples:
What are we doing to convert more freemium users to paying customers?
To answer this question with a picture, do the following:
- Filter your Canvas by status to show only active Campaigns and SuccessPlays
- Click the share button and name your snapshot something like "Active Freemium Program"
- Copy the link to click send via email and input the emails of the people you want to share your freemium program with.
- Once you've copied the link or clicked "send," you're all done.
Can you show me what we're doing to improve our Onboarding program?
To answer this question with a picture, do the following:
- Filter your Canvas by status to show only draft Campaigns and SuccessPlays
- Click the share button and name your snapshot something like "Draft Onboarding Improvements"
- Copy the link to click send via email and input the emails of the people you want to share your freemium program with.
- Once you've copied the link or clicked "send," you're all done.
How to edit an existing snapshot
Each snapshot that you generate is automatically saved to the Assets tab within a folder called "Canvas Snapshots." At any point you can navigate to that folder to do any of the following things:
- Reshare the snapshot via email or link
- Add or remove password protection
- Rename the snapshot and change the description
- Delete the snapshot.
