- [Improvement] Improved account name automatic mapping in Customer Data Hub integrations
In any account integration automatically map any account name field to the right Totango attribute. For example, “account name” or “Account Name” or “account_name” or “name” or "Name" field names is automatically mapped to the “account name” Totango attribute. - [Improvement]In the Account profile > Overview All info tab the group by dimensions selection on the All tab will be remembered.
- [Improvement] List data type in Collection attributes > Define Collection attributes of type List and ensure users choose from a set of predefined values while adding entries to a collection.
- [Improvement] Reset a Lifecycle status attribute by setting it to None > Reset a lifecycle status by setting it to None when certain processes need to be reset and measured again.
- [Bug Fix] In Campaigns, there was an issue where it was not possible to download a Campaign that had a comma in its name. This issue is now solved.
- [Bug Fix] In User Segment, there was an issue where it was not possible to bulk edit attributes. This issue is now solved.
- [Bug Fix] In SuccessPlays, there was an issue where it was not possible to set a Due Date less than 7 days when the Update Information action was selected. This issue is now solved.
- [Bug Fix] In SuccessPlays, there was an issue where it was not possible to create the SuccessPlay if it contained a LifeCycle or a List attribute as part of the update information action. This issue is now solved.
- [Bug Fix] In Collection widget in the Account profile, there was an issue where the sorting of fields of type Currency did not work. This issue is now solved.
- [Bug Fix] In the New SalesForce integration, there was an issue where an attribute that was synced, would be saved as editable even if the WriteBack option was turned off. This issue is now solved and all attributes that are set to pull from SalesForce and have the WriteBack option turned off, are not editable.
- [Bug Fix] In SuccessTeams, there was an issue where Collection filters were presented. Choosing one of these filters would cause the accounts in the team to not be accessible. Now, the Collection filters are not presented and cannot be selected in the Team.
- [Bug Fix] In Touchpoint Collection, there was an issue where the Touchpoint Creator values were missing from the exported file. This issue is now solved and the Touchpoint Creator filed should be presented and populated with correct values.
- [Bug Fix] In Campaigns, there was an issue where CSAT/NPS links would be blocked by Microsoft ATP. This issue is solved and now the links should be loading properly.
