Privileged access and Sensitive Data are both mechanisms to control the privacy of your customer and user data. There are a few key differences:
- Sensitive Data pertains to user data that can be a user's personally identifiable information (PII) like name, email address, location, etc. This kind of data is not accessible to anyone in the team other than the Global Admins. Read more about Sensitive Data here
- Privileged Access is marking certain account attributes as Privileged. Privileged account attributes are only visible on accounts that are in the team's core scope. Privileged attributes are hidden for Accounts in the extended scope of SuccessTeam. Read more about Privileged Access here
