Start the day by evaluating your customer portfolio, understanding recent changes, reviewing the latest notifications, and taking action on priorities. Next, review and move through your agenda by working through your open tasks and follow-up on tasks you've assigned to others. As questions come up throughout the day, address them right away by quickly searching for the account to review its information and activity.
- Sales representatives can quickly prepare for onsite sales meetings by checking the most up-to-date information and recent account activity that has occurred with their customers. Afterward, they can rally the customer team around an issue that was raised in a meeting by promptly creating and assigning the task to relevant members that can help answer the customer need.*
