Analyze your Touchpoints using Segments
Easily answer questions about touchpoints using segments. Touchpoint information is ready to use as part of an account segment and in a dedicated segment called: Touchpoints segment.
For example, you can create a segment of enterprise accounts at-risk with no meeting type touchpoints in the last 90 days.
You can use the Touchpoint segment to show all touchpoints with a specific customer stakeholder/contact or all touchpoints with Executive Sponsor participation, or all Upsell and Renewal touchpoints.
This feature is now available in the Belize release, be sure to ask your admin to enable it in your Totango instance.
Touchpoint segments are limited to data from the last 6 months. If you need a wider timeframe for your segment analysis, reach out to your CSM in Totango.
Multi-select List attribute for Account and Collections
Define attributes of type "Multi-select List" for account and collection so users can choose more than one valid values for these attributes.
Sharing segments with Zoe users via Spark
Segments in Spark can be easily shared in Zoe. When the segment is made public in Spark, a checkbox is presented to optionally share it with Zoe users. When checked the segment is now available to Zoe users.

Protect sensitive information, use Brief email option for notifications
A new setting now available in General Settings to allow you to control the level of detail that is sent in Tasks and Touchpoints notification emails. When the Brief option is set, all sensitive information related to account and details is removed from the emails that are sent.
With the Brief setting here is how the emails appear

Improvements and Bug Fixes
- [Improvement] Account text attribute and Account Id attribute are now supporting up to 480 characters.
- [Improvement] A quarterly option is now available for Recurring Campaigns.
- [Improvement] In SSO configuration, we changed the way that we save the RelayState parameter and now it should be configured as {domain:‘domain_name’, service_id: ‘123’}.

[Bug Fix] When searching for a segment in Zoe for Slack, clicking on 'Show Accounts' returned no results in case the segment had the Account Role field as a column. This issue was solved and the accounts that are a part of the segments are returned as expected.

[Bug Fix] When trying to filter a segment using task criteria, by a specific SuccessFlow, only the system's SuccessFlows were presented in the dropdown list. This issue is solved and now, all the SuccessFlows in the tenant are presented.

[Bug Fix] When trying to reply to a Touchpoint that was logged as part of a task post-completion action, the reply option was not available. This issue is fixed and it is possible to reply to Touchpoints as expected.

[Bug Fix] In SuccessPlays, it was not possible to add attachments to the defined tasks. This issue is resolved.

[Bug Fix] In Account profile, an event was added to the Timeline whenever a user-edited a Touchpoint. This issue is now solved and when a Touchpoint is added, the Touchpoint is updated with the last changes, and no new event is added.

[Bug Fix] In segments, there was an issue where regular users were not sent emails of segments that they were following. This issue is now solved and emails are sent accordingly.

[Bug Fix] In Collections widget in Account Profile, the Account Name field was not showing any value if the user didn't check the 'Allow new accounts creation' when uploading the collection file. This issue is fixed and all the collection's data is shown properly.
