How long does the onboarding take in Totango?
It takes 30 minutes or less to upload your customer list after which you can immediately start using Totango.
How do I remove the sample accounts from my Totango account?
Go to "All Customers" Segment (under Risk Tutorial), select the accounts you would like to delete and click on "Delete Accounts" in the menu that will appear on top of the list. Note that this action is irreversible, so make sure you select the right accounts to delete.
Is there a template I can use to upload customer data to Totango?
See here for a template you can download and either upload as is or remove it from the file and add your customer data instead. Make sure to set the “Account Type” column values to “Account” if you are uploading real data.
How do I upload my customer list to Totango?
In your account, click on the left menu -> Global Settings -> Data Management -> Customer Data Hub. For a quick upload, select the Data File option. See this video tutorial.
What happens to my Free Trial account after the trial period is over?
If you don’t sign up for an Enterprise account before the 30 days of the trial are over, your account will be downgraded to a Community Edition - you will still have access to your Totango account.
