Is there a template I can use to upload customer data to Totango?
See here for a template you can download and either upload as is or remove it from the file and add your customer data instead. Make sure to set the “Account Type” column values to “Account” if you are uploading real data.
How do I upload data to Totango?
Uploading data is done in Totango's Customer Data Hub. For a quick upload, select the Data File option. See this video tutorial.
How long does the onboarding take in Totango?
It takes 30 minutes or less to upload your customer list after which you can immediately start using Totango.
