Real-life User Stories
- Conference speaker registration feedback page
- I am sending a campaign offering users to lecture at my company's yearly conference. The email content will include the conference subject and details and asks the email receiver to click the "Become A Speaker" button. Once they will click it, they will be redirected to a feedback page thanking them and informing them that a conference marketing professional will contact them soon.
- Meet the expert feedback page
- I am sending a campaign offering users to adopt a new chatbot. The email content will explain the chatbot benefits and once they click on the "Let's Install It" button, I want the users to see the installation instructions and help materials. I think that most of my customers will be able to install it themselves, but in case a user needs help, they can click the “Request Help” button on the destination page which will inform them that a product expert will contact them in the next 24 hours.
In addition, clicking the “Request Help” button creates a task for the product expert to contact the user.
