Overview
Upload and sync of data at the right time are crucial for every business success. Admins must know what is going on with data uploads and data sync in real-time. This feature offers admins full control over Customer Data Hub sync information, so they are able to decide what information Totango DNA-CX will share with them and how to consume it.
Global admins can share the Customer Data Hub data file and API-Based Integration execution information with a Totango user or an email (for example, send the Customer Data Hub data file execution information to ops-monitor@sample.com and upload-monitor@sample.com distribution emails.

How To Configure Customer Data Hub Execution Notifications?
You can configure and control the Customer Data Hub Execution Notification Settings on the Integration Hub page, by entering the Notification Settings.
Once configured, the defined users will receive the notifications based on the configuration above.

Important considerations
- In order to enable integration hub notifications in Slack channel, @zoe need to be invited to this channel in Slack.
Once @zoe is invited, all channel members can ask @zoe any question and be exposed to the information @zoe is allowed to access (only the information belongs to the Totango teams she is part of).
FAQs
Question: Which email notifications will I get?
Answer: The notifications are based on the configuration made on the Customer Data Hub page.
You can choose to receive notifications upon upload process started, failed, partial success, and success.
Question: In case there was a failure, will I get the failure reason?
Answer: Yes! The notification will include all the relevant upload process information.
Question: When should I expect to get the notification email?
Answer: The notification email will be sent immediately when the configured event happened.
Question: The new emails are bypassing my email tool filtering, why is that?
Answer: We changed the sender name of the Customer Data Hub emails. In case your email filtering rule was based on the sender name change it to "Totango Integration".
Question: Do I need to configure Slack in Totango Spark in order for the notifications to appear in Slack?
Answer: Yes. The Customer Data Hub notifications are sent via Zoe, therefore Totango Slack integration must be configured first.
Question: I cannot see public channels in the Slack channels dropdown
Answer: You can only select public channels which Zoe must be a member of. You should invite @zoe to the channel before configuring it in Customer Data Hub notifications slack channels).
