Team Types are categories assigned to teams that are similar in nature. Team Types can be created while creating teams and assigned to teams. For e.g if more than 1 team is involved in Enterprise accounts you can create Team Type "Enterprise" or if multiple teams handle SMB accounts you can create a team type "SMB" and assign it to SMB teams.

Where can you use Team Types?
Team Types can be very helpful in customizing your configuration by customer segment or touch level as you can have multiple teams (to control account set and privileged data) associated to each Team Type, while applying a consistent SuccessBloc configuration for that Team Type with a single click. When you copy a SuccessBloc to various teams, you can copy it to a team type instead of selecting every team manually.
