The help links available when a user clicks on the question mark icon on the top right can be configured. You can add Configurable Help and Support Links allow you to add any internal Intranet informational or feedback links that your users can. You can additionally configure your own support link so your internal support team can be the first line of defense instead of Totango Support.
How-To define custom Support links
In Global Settings > My Account Global Admins can follow these steps to create a custom Support link.
- Click on Add Link to add a link in the new section
- Choose an icon, provide a name and enter the link of the resource
Users do have the option of defining their internal support instead of Totango Support. One of the support links must be enabled. The system requires 1 Totango support option to always be enabled.
What end-users see once custom links have been added
When a user has a support issue, they can click the question mark icon on the top right corner on their screen. New sections appear with a line between them.
