Support Link Customization
A Totango admin is able to configure a support alias, so my company support team provides the first line of support instead of all the support tickets going to Totango support.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- [Improvement] a notification will be sent from IH data files whenever an empty file will be uploaded to IH data files.
- [Improvement] Whenever there are extra columns in an uploaded file (columns which were not mapped), the file will be uploaded and a partial success notification will be sent.
