Overview
System Users in Totango are users of your Totango instance. Because each organization is different, user management can be very simple or very complex. This article is intended as an overview of how to manage your system users. More detailed documentation is linked through this article to provide additional information as needed.

How to add a System User
Global Admins can invite a new user by following these steps:
- Navigate to Global Settings
- Select Totango Users
- Click the
button in the top-right corner of the screen
- Enter the users email, first name, and last name
- Decide whether or not the new user should be a Global Admin
- Select whether the user you're adding should have a Spark or Zoe license"
- Select which SuccessTeam(s) the user is a part of
- Click "Invite User"
How to add multiple users at once
Global admins can upload multiple users at once by following the steps below. We also have more detailed documentation on this feature located here.
- Navigate to Global Settings.
- Select Totango Users.
- Hover over the green
button, click the
button that appears.
- You will be redirected to a Customer Data Hub file integration flow
- follow the simple steps on the page. Read more about file integrations here.
- Select whether you'd like to send new users an invitation email.
- Select whether you'd like to send existing users notifications about being added to a team.
- Click the Save button and you're done.
How to Perform Bulk Actions on Totango Users
Global admins can perform bulk actions on Totango Users in order to bulk change their license, add them to a team and even disable them.

How to Disable and Delete System Users
Global Admins can disable or delete users by following these steps:
- Navigate to Global Settings.
- Select Totango Users.
- Hover over the user you'd like to disable, click the
button that appears on the right-hand side.
- Choose Disable User or Delete User, and re-assign the system user resources and assignments. Read more about reassigning system user resources and roles.
- Confirm this action.
