Customers can create SuccessTeam that are team member based. In this team you start with individual teams and let the system automatically define the team's account set based on each team members role in account team. Customers can use this team creation type when they want to create teams based on account assignment that already exists based on team members role in account team.
How to create team member based SuccessTeam
Go to Global Settings > SuccessTeams and hit the green + sign to create a new team.
- Provide a team name and team description
- Pick the Team creation type as "Team Members based"
- Pick the Team icon and Team goal
Define team members that will be part of this team. As team members are added the system automatically selects the list of accounts the team member have a role in the account team.
