The enhanced Segment view within Totango allows users to view the touchpoints and tasks for accounts within a segment quickly and effectively with minimum clicks. Use this in status review or 1:1's with your CSM teams. The timeline view provides a running history of the tasks and touchpoints for the accounts while the Work view provides a running view of the tasks for each account.
List View
The list view provides a tabular view of accounts within a segment.
Progress View
The Progress view provides a grouped status view of all accounts in different lifecycle statuses.
Timeline View
The timeline view provides a running view of the timeline of all the accounts in the segment.
Work View
Use the work view to see the overdue and completed tasks for the accounts in the segment.
