Totango connection to Salesforce or any CRM system is crucial to understand the full customer picture.

Sync Statistics
Sync successfully completed including sync statistics:
Accounts match rate is the number of accounts synced to Salesforce in the last sync divided by the number of accounts in Totango.
Users match rate is the number of users synced to Salesforce in the last sync divided by the number of users in Totango.
Tasks match rate is the number of tasks which should have synced to Salesforce divided by the number of tasks in Totango which were created or changed since the last sync.
Events (touchpoints and campaign touches) match rate is the number of touchpoints and campaign touches which should have synced to Salesforce divided by the number of touchpoints and campaign touch in Totango which were created or changed since the last sync.
Sync Failure Notifications
Sync notifications can be either failure or warning notifications with a clear message and a call to action.
Failure notifications are sent whenever the integration failed and no information can be synced, For example, authentication failure, API user credentials issues, missing binding fields,...). These notifications require immediate action appears in the Salesforce integration hub page and also sent to the integration user via email.

Please note, an email will be sent only for failures (not warnings).
Sync Warning Notifications
Warning notifications appear whenever there is an issue with the integration which does not cause a total data sync failure (for example, a single attribute cannot be synced, low match rate between the Totango object to Salesforce objects)
