Totango Login using SFDC credentials
Users can sign into Totango using their Salesforce.com credentials, without requiring a separate username and password on Totango.
Salesforce based login works automatically, just establish data sharing between SFDC and Totango and ensure at least one sync cycled has transpired (click “Sync Now” in the Settings | Salesforce page).
NOTE: A user can only login into Totango with their Salesforce.com email credentials if their SFDC organization is synched with a Totango tenant. Additionally, if that email address exists on Totango as a user, it must be part of the same Totango tenant.
Customizing Access Control
After you install Totango Salesfroce.com Application, any SFDC authenticated user can access Totango.
To control if your users will be able to login using Salesforce credentials, open Totango under Global Settings | User Management | Authentication Setting and use the checkbox near Salesforce
To restrict access to specific users you invite, open Totango under Global Settings | User Management | Authentication Settings, and enter the settings near the Salesforce option (select “Only Users Invited into Totango”).
