Totango Login using SFDC credentials
Users can sign into Totango using their Salesforce.com credentials, without requiring a separate username and password on Totango.
Salesforce based login works automatically, just enable Salesforce single sign-on in the Authentication Setting menu and add the Salesforce Organization ID in the settings.
NOTE: A user can only login into Totango with their Salesforce.com email credentials if their email address exists on Totango as a user of the same Totango tenant.
Customizing Access Control
Any SFDC authenticated user can access Totango.
To control if your users will be able to login using Salesforce credentials, open Totango under Global Settings | User Management | Authentication Setting and check the Salesforce checkbox:
Click 'Edit Settings' (on the same line of Salesforce):
- Add the Salesforce Organization ID. (How to find your Salesforce Organization ID)
