View experience settings from the In-App Builder Settings. This is an area in Totango to see all experiences and their publish statuses across SuccessBLOCs, view metrics and properties per experience, and set global design preferences.
Open In-App Builder Settings
You can access experience metrics from several areas:

From the In-App tab of your SuccessBLOC: Hover over an experience and click to view analytics -OR- click to view "All In-app Experiences"
The Engaged metric from this view represents engagements within the last 7 days.

From the In-App Builder: Click the builder settings options (...), and choose View Analytics.
Experience settings
From within analytics, click into an experience to view its settings.
Within the experience settings, you can do the following:
- Define a publish schedule: Optionally choose the date and time to publish and/or unpublish the experience automatically.
- Edit: Open the In-App Builder to change step design and delivery.
- Change status: Publish a draft experience, unpublish an experience, set a schedule, or move to staging.
Announcement metrics
Announcement metrics are available for published announcement experiences.
Within the announcement metrics tab, set the date range for which you want to view. Depending on the type of experience, metrics are available for the following:
- Total views
- Primary button clicks
- Secondary button clicks
- Website element clicks
- Exit icon clicks
- Average time spent viewing
Below the chart, you can also view individual tour events in a tabular format or export to CSV. Each event captures the following:
- Event
- User ID
- Details
- Timestamp
Tour metrics
Tour metrics are available for published tour experiences.
Within the tour metrics tab, set the date range for which you want to view. Depending on the type of experience, metrics are available for the following:

Total views

Total completions

Completion rate

Average time to completion
- Tour step breakdown
Below the chart, you can also view individual tour events in a tabular format or export to CSV. Each event captures the following:
- Event
- User ID
- Details
- Timestamp
Checklist metrics
Checklist metrics are available for published checklist experiences.
Within the announcement metrics tab, set the date range for which you want to view. Depending on the type of experience, metrics are available for the following:
- Total views

Average time to completion
- Checklist items breakdown
Below the chart, you can also view individual event history in a tabular format or export to CSV. Each event captures the following:
- Event
- User ID

Goal metrics
Goal metrics are available for any experience that defined a goal.
Within the goal metrics tab, set the date range for which you want to view. Goal metrics are available for the following:
- Completed goal
- Viewed announcement then completed goal
- Completed announcement then completed goal
- Average time from announcement to goal
Steps / Checklist
Within the steps tab (announcement or tour experiences) view a snapshot of each step design, including:
- Step title
- Type
- Number of pages
Within the checklist tab (checklist experiences) view a snapshot of the following:
- Checklist
- Completion message
- Open button
Delivery details
Within the delivery details tab, view the following:
- Launch event
- Launch frequency (one time, multiple times, every time)
- Launch priority (highest, high, medium, low, lowest)
- Launch via a link (e.g., include in a newsletter or feature announcement)
- Launch programmatically (e.g., call this function in your codebase)
