Updated Archive functionality 

We have enhanced and updated the ability to remove obsolete or unused accounts.  See the FAQs below for more details.

Question: What happens when I archive an account with multiple child and grandchild accounts?
Answer: The account is archived. All of the users, tasks, touchpoints, and collections directly linked to the archived account are also archived. All of the child accounts, along with their linked entities, are also archived. All of the grandchild accounts, along with their linked entities, are also archived.

Question: What if I only want to archive the parent account and none of the children/ grandchildren?
Answer: You should update the parent IDs on the child and grandchild accounts before archiving the parent account.

Question: As of May 14, 2023, what happens to accounts that are currently in the archive, whose related entities and child accounts are not in the archive?
Answer: No changes are made to accounts already in the archive. Please contact Support if you’d like to migrate those accounts to the new archive behavior.

Enhanced text edit experience on the account profile 

We have improved the text editing experience in multiple areas of the product including the account profile. This enables you to quickly and easily edit your text attributes. Read more

Bulk edit account attributes from user segments

You now have the capability to bulk edit account attributes while in your user segment. 

Enhanced MS Outlook plug-in

You can now quickly sort through numerous contacts and accounts by name, email or title. We also added one final review and edit point before sending out your Outlook TouchPoint. Read more

Bug fixes

[Bug Fix] Timeline campaign event showing the list of targeted users would not pop up. The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] PDF files uploaded via the Assets tab on account profile are appearing blank. The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] We resolved an issue with the function editor in opportunity outbound integration jobs causing function mapping to disappear. 

[Bug Fix] When generating Zoe share report the product column appears to be blank. The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] In some cases, campaign engaged details view would open empty. The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] When opening multiple SPs in new tabs, the pages may not open and the following error message appear: "Oops! Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'loadAutomationStats'). The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] We identified an issue with calculation when using 'Between the past X and Y days' in Health. The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] Attributes that should not be editable in user profile, are editable after refreshing the page. The issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] Health widget shows grey lines instead of blue. The issue is now resolved.
