Bug fixes

[Bug Fix] When sending an API call if there were invalid updates the response did not return an array of each account object and the attribute key that caused issues. Issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] In some cases, a bulk write-back CDH job would appear when it should not. Issue is now resolved.

[Bug Fix] When copying SuccessBloc from one team to another and check "activate new SuccessPlays and Campaigns" box, it resulted in activation of SuccessPlays that were in draft status.  Issue is now resolved.
