How Does It Work?
- First, add your own Custom Metrics and rolled-up attributes to the Totango Customer Success Center (CSC) Account Profile header. Read how to do it here.
- Zoe will natively present the key information defined in the Totango CSC Account Profile header - no need to configure a thing 👍
- Just go to the "Key Information" section in Zoe and review your most updated key metrics .
