Any employee can ask Zoe about a customer account in Slack by simply typing @Zoe tell me about [insert customer name]. Since its product launch, Zoe has gotten even smarter, and you can even simply type a customer's name and results will appear.
The attributes you’ve added to the Account Profile will be available, like customer health, renewal date, and key account contacts when you click on the Overview and Key Information buttons. You can see product usage and the most recent company interactions under the Usage, Trends, and Touchpoint buttons.
