Report Description

Report shows a breakdown of the most popular user actions performed on your cloud-application.  Users are counted individually, regardless of the account the are part of, so this report shows "user exposure" of each meaningful business activity in your application.

This report focuses on recent activities, and shows a breakdown of activity in the last 30 days.

 

NOTE: If your cloud application is a "single seat" application without multiple users in each account, this report is identical to "Popular User Actions by Account". This is the case in most all B2C applications and some B2B applications.

What can you learn from this report

Use this report to monitor how users are interacting with you application to identify marketing/sales initiatives or product-flow improvements

  • Create product-marketing campaigns (email blasts with tips, case-studies, etc) that promote important, but under-utilized functionality. Consider using Totango Lifecycle Marketing to create precision targeted campaigns with high yield.
  • Identify potential pit-falls in an accounts evaluation process (e.g. high percentage of accounts are not performing an action such as "Invite collaborators" which is a critical part of the evaluation) and guide your sales team to provide further support in that area. Use Totango Filtering & Segmentation to find the specific accounts that need to be targeted. 
  • Improve product flows by identifying product modules & functions that are not used as expected.
